Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 for customers located within the continental United States, Canada, and Western Europe.

Shipping Fees

Note: All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

International Delivery

Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders unless specifically stated.

Important: Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware of the following shipping restrictions:

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to shipping restrictions to certain locations

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Common reasons for delays include:

  • Inclement weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier processing delays
  • Customs hold-ups for international orders
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • High volume periods (holiday seasons, etc.)

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take 3-5 business days.
